Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum experience as a Barman or Βarista in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant.
• Basic principles of Bartending & Mixology are required.
• In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service Sop’s is crucial.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
• Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
