Position Summary
We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and drive overall business success. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster a high-performing team culture, and ensure outstanding service standards while achieving financial and operational goals
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily hotel operations
- Lead and inspire the team
- Ensure all activities align with brand SOPs
- Drive strong operational and financial performance
- Act as the face of the hotel towards guests, partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in managerial positions within the hospitality sector in Greece
- Excellent command of English (additional language will be considered an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of the Greek hospitality market
- Understanding of local legislation and operational requirements
