Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Porto Heli is seeking for an experienced and talented Cook to join our Culinary team for the summer season 2026.

Role

  • Handle and portion ingredients according to recipe specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Adjust recipes as needed to meet dietary restrictions or special requests.
  • Monitor and maintain proper food temperatures throughout the cooking process.
  • Ensure the culinary section adheres to all safety and health regulations
  • Stay updated on culinary techniques and industry trends through continuous learning.
  • Coordinate timing with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of all menu items.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with various cooking techniques, appliances, and kitchen tools.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and dietary restrictions.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy items.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to work with team members and report to management. 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is mandatory.
