We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations ( Host/Hostess ) to join our team for the upcoming summer season at a premium seaside location in the Athenian Riviera.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests at the beach entrance
• Escorting guests to their umbrellas
• Providing information about the beach facilities
• Handling inquiries and complaints (within authorized limits; otherwise, immediate escalation to the supervisor)
• Managing online reservations at the fixed reservations desk
• Maintaining continuous communication with beach boys, cashiers, and supervisors

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
