DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services

Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalated guest concerns professionally

Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation

Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
-
Maximize room revenue in collaboration with the Revenue and Sales teams
-
Lead, train, and motivate department heads and team members
-
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
- 2-3 years minimum experience
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer – oriented.
- Excellent MS Office and PMS skills.
- Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
