Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bookings for accommodation, transfers, tours, and guides for inbound tourists
• Communicate with international clients and agents via email and phone
• Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and vouchers
• Event planning, overseeing and hands on support
• Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers
• Resolve any operational issues or last-minute changes efficiently
• Support the design and pricing of tailor-made travel packages
• Maintain accurate client records and booking systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in incoming tourism for 2+ years is required
• Fluent in English proficiency level (additional languages such as Spanish, German, French, or Italian are a strong asset)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a hands-on attitude
• A client-oriented mindset and a passion for travel
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
• Familiarity with reservation systems and Microsoft Office tools
