Work For All is seeking Bartenders on behalf of a beach bar in Sifnos.

 

About the Beach Bar

Located in the heart of Kamares, at the port of Sifnos, the beach bar is part of a wider hospitality ecosystem that includes luxury five-star hotels and a fine dining restaurant on the island. It combines brunch, Cycladic street food, and a cocktail bar experience, with an emphasis on simplicity, seasonality, and consistent quality. The venue offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, where Cycladic aesthetics meet modern hospitality and authentic summer energy.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Active participation in all daily bar operations during the shift.
• Providing high-quality service to guests at the bar, with attention to their personal preferences.
• Preparation of cocktails and the basic bar menu, in accordance with the beach bar’s quality and presentation standards.
• Ensuring a high-level guest experience through consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Monitoring, managing, and organizing stock and supplies to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Adhering to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with established procedures.
• Collaborating closely with the Service team and the Bar Manager to ensure seamless operation.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role in a bar or beach bar.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
