Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for an experienced and talented individual as a Restaurant Hostess to join the restaurant team at the Atlantica Kalliston 5* in Chania, Crete island for the season 2026. 

 Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive, offering a warm welcome and a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing them with menus and ensuring they are comfortably seated.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding restaurant policies, available seating, and menu offerings.
• Manage reservation schedules and seating charts to optimize dining flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand area.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Ensure a smooth transition of guests from the restaurant to other hotel facilities as needed.
• Support the management team with daily operational tasks and special events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Knowledge of the hotel’s amenities and services to assist guests effectively.
