As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Business Analyst, you will be at the core of Zeus commercial strategy. You will turn data into insights, trends into opportunities, and analysis into clear business direction. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Operations teams, you will support decision-making through performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations that drive growth. This role blends numbers with strategy by connecting data with real guest behavior and evolving market needs.
What you will do
- Conduct research and data analysis on industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to support strategic decisions.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing reports, including budgets & forecasts, as well as KPI reports for hotels financial performance, loyalty programme, guest profiling & preferences, newsletter campaigns, surveys, digital & social media performance, mobile app, concierge and ESG metrics.
- Assist with the preparation of project plans and timelines.
- Build dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Conduct forecasting and market trend analysis.
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation.
- Create charts, graphs, and other data visualizations to present data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and funnel metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams, to ensure that data analysis is accurate, consistent, and meets the organization's project goals and objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and performance improvements
- Support commercial strategies with data-driven insights
- Be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Has 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or Marketing Analyst
- Is highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset
- Is proficient in MS Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Has experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
- Can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Has a strong command of English
- Enjoys working cross-functionally
