Under the guidance of the the Maître d’ Hotel, your role involves greeting and seating guests, ensuring their comfort, and contributing to the overall success of our dining service.The ideal candidate comes with a natural talent for providing great service and anticipating customers’ needs, is passionate for hospitality and strives for excellence to exceed guests’ satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• Work experience 2-3 years in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign language will be considered as an advantage.
• Teamwork spirit
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible on taking all restaurant reservations / allocate tables as per guest's requests / occasion
• Greet guests as they arrive and take them to their allocated reserved table due dinner time
• Prepare all mise en place and any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Follow up on any special requests related to reservations
• Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient seating and timely service
• Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team
