Alas Resort & Spa, a luxury 5-star seaside resort in Monemvasia, is looking for an experienced and passionate Reservations & Front Office Manager to lead our guest journey from the first inquiry to check-out.
Τis a key role combining commercial awareness, operational excellence, and outstanding hospitality.
Employment period: April – October
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Reservations departments

Manage the full reservation process across all channels (direct, OTAs, agents)

Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and exceptional guest service

Supervise, train, and motivate the front office & reservations team

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally

Monitor availability, room allocation, and upselling opportunities

Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams

Maintain accurate data in the PMS and ensure correct billing procedures
Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within a 4★ or 5★ hotel environment

Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and reservation systems (PMS)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and guest-oriented mindset
