The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service, training, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and optimal staffing levels.
- Train, motivate, and coach team members to embody the Atlantica values and deliver service excellence.
- Implement and uphold procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service in line with company standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. A Marriott experience will be considered an advantage.
- Degree in hospitality management
- Strong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
