About the role

We are seeking a warm, engaging, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Agent who will act as a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring every stay is seamless, personalized, and memorable.

What you will do

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in experience
    • Act as a main point of communication for guests throughout their stay
    • Provide detailed information about the property, facilities, services, and local attractions
    • Handle and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
    • Anticipate guest needs and personalize services to exceed expectations
    • Coordinate special guest requests, including reservations, transportation, and event planning
    • Manage VIP guest preferences with discretion and attention to detail
    • Collect and analyze guest feedback to support continuous service improvement
    • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams
    • Maintain accurate guest profiles and records within the hotel system

We are looking for a service-driven professional who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience in Guest Relations or a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality
    • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Is fluent in English and Greek (additional languages will be considered a strong advantage)
    • Is comfortable using hotel management systems and standard office software
    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
    • Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Shows genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence
