We are a small boutique luxury DMC based in Athens servicing the US market. Our mission is the aesthetic pursuit of quality as opposed to the senseless pursuit of ever-increasing profits.  We believe that the key to high quality service is the small volume of requests. To achieve this, we service a very small number of advisors and agencies.

We are looking for a Junior Operations Assistant that will be responsible for the following: 

1. Preparing and revising trip proposals using our travel software.
2. Booking services including hotels, tours, flights, ferries and restaurants. 
3. Confirming services a few days before travelers arrive. 

Requirements: 

• Native or fluent English
• 2 years experience in hotel, travel agency or other unrelated industry
• Attention to detail
• Team player 
• Basic computer skills, Outlook/Excel
• Interested in customer service and the hospitality industry

The position has a salary of 1000 Euro per month NET for 14 months, plus performance based bonus.  

Position based in Athens center as well as remotely for about 4 months of the year.
