Work For All is seeking Cook A on behalf of luxury 5* hotel properties in Samos, operated by a large and established hotel group.

 

About the Hotel Group & the Hotel

The hotel group operates in Samos and manages 7 properties of various categories, with a total of approximately 600 accommodation units. With a workforce of over 400 employees, the group delivers modern and authentic hospitality experiences, placing strong emphasis on its people and the continuous enhancement of its services. The hotel features 181 rooms and is ideal for families, friends, and groups of all ages. Guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, both buffet and a la carte, as well as lively bars for relaxation and entertainment throughout the day.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and overseeing dishes.
  • Following recipes and procedures according to the Group’s standards.
  • Ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and correct temperature of all dishes.
  • Managing raw materials and organizing the production station.
  • Supporting kitchen organization and daily replenishment.
  • Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Supervising and guiding junior staff when required.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize production processes and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
  • Degree from a Culinary School, Tourism or Gastronomy Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for high-quality gastronomy.
