Employment period: April – October

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels (OTAs)

  • Support check-in and check-out procedures

  • Assist guests before, during, and after their stay

  • Enter, update, and maintain reservation details in the PMS

  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Operations departments

  • Handle payments, invoices, and credit card transactions

  • Manage guest requests and complaints with professionalism

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Front Office and Reservations in a 4★ or 5★ hotel

  • Good knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS systems

  • Very good command of Greek and English (additional language is a plus)

  • Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset

  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Experience handling reservations via phone and distribution channels
