Housekeeping Manager

Duration: April– October
Job description
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and daily task allocation
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hotel quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and address any deficiencies promptly
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage housekeeping supplies and linen
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest feedback and complaints related to housekeeping professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping systems and procedures
