Key Responsibilities:

• Perform guest check-in/check-out, handle phone calls, manage bookings, departures, and verify guest accounts.
• Supervise and oversee hotel premises during shifts.
• Conduct end-of-day (EOD) procedures, close department accounts, generate reports, and prepare tasks for the next day.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Reconcile accounts, balance cash and records, and maintain accurate financial records for guests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Tourism or related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in a similar role within 5* hotel units.
• Excellent command of English and Greek.
• Knowledge of a third language (French/German) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer use; knowledge of the PROTEL system is an advantage.
• Polite, pleasant, and customer-oriented personality.
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Professional appearance.
