Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar
• Welcome guests and ensure a high-level dining experience
• Supervise service staff and coordinate shifts
• Handle guest feedback professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Maître D’ or Restaurant Supervisor
• Excellent guest relations and team leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal environment
