About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience by preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and drinks, while providing personalized, professional service in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional guest service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and setup of the bar area
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations 
• Support the team during high-volume service periods

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury venues, beach clubs, or high-volume restaurants
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Professional appearance and positive team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
