Sales Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience for Aluma Hotels & Resorts. This individual must have a proven track record in luxury sales and driving business leads on the Athenian Market for year-round operation hotels.
Scope:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities across allocated market segment
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue.
- Conducting client meetings, sales calls, site inspections, attending trade shows, and participating in FAM (familiarization) trips.
- Focusing on increasing room revenue and revenue from ancillary services.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in the Athens area
- Computer Literacy
- Fluency in English a second language will be an asset
