Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; respond promptly to all pool guest requests
• Open and close the outdoor pool area per brand standards 
• Prepare sunbeds and ensure correct amenities and presentation
• Serve drinks and beverages to guests
• Manage towel service and sun-care product assistance 
• Assist colleagues across departments as needed 
• Greet and host guests entering the pool area; assist with seating assignments 
• Act in the capacity of a Lifeguard, provided valid certification is held

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar hospitality role, ideally in a luxury or urban hotel setting 
• Lifeguard Certification: Must meet Greek law requirements, awarded after July 2022 (Law article 2621/30.05.2022)
• Language Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English certification 
• Personal Attributes: Strong organizational, people-oriented, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with a proactive “can-do” attitude 
• Integrity & Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication, high attention to detail, and strong ethical standards
• Eligibility: Must be an EU national or resident of Greece
