About the location:
Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honour the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team for the opening of the hotel in the summer of 2026. In this tole you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that reflects the restaurant’s and hotel’s standards.
What You Will Do
- Describe and present menu items to guests in an engaging, knowledgeable manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with the kitchen for special requests.
- Ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas.
- Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service.
- Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with service across various hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous fine dining or high-volume service experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; Greek proficiency is an advantage.
- Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.
