Key Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent service
• Conduct night audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions
• Prepare night audit and financial reports
• Ensure smooth hotel operations during night hours
• Liaise with other departments when necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Very good command of the English language
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and basic computer skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work night shifts
