Hotel / Resident Manager – Porto Platanias Luxury, Adults only

We are looking for a Hotel / Resident Manager who understands that true leadership is quiet, decisive, and consistent — especially in complex resort environments.
The Role
This is a top-level operational leadership role.
Your responsibility is not to “be everywhere,” but to:
- ensure alignment across departments
- protect standards
- support leadership teams
- make clear decisions when it matters
You are responsible for the daily life of the hotel, acting as the link between ownership, management, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Full operational oversight of the hotel
- Lead and align department heads (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance)
- Ensure standards are implemented and respected across all departments
- Monitor operational performance, staffing, and service quality
- Act as final point of escalation for operational and guest issues
- Coordinate with Ownership and Senior Management
- Ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and quality standards
- Protect team structure, discipline, and communication flow
- Maintain calm, controlled operations during peak periods
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a micromanagement position
- Not suitable for leaders who avoid accountability
If you lead through presence rather than systems, this role is not a fit.
Requirements

- Proven experience as Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or Operations Manager
- Background in resort operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Clear understanding of hotel structure and departmental interdependence
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
