We are looking for a Head Chef who understands that excellence in a resort kitchen comes from structure, planning, and discipline.
The Role
This is a top-level leadership and accountability role.
Your responsibility is not to cook every plate yourself, but to:

You are responsible for the kitchen as a whole: people, product, process, and outcome.
Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for kitchen operations across all outlets
-
Define, implement, and protect food quality and operational standards
-
Lead, mentor, and evaluate Sous Chefs and kitchen leadership
-
Ensure consistent execution of menus and recipes
-
Plan staffing, workflows, and service structure
-
Control food cost, waste, and stock management
-
Enforce hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures
-
Collaborate with Management and F&B leadership
-
Act as final authority during service and critical situations
-
Build a kitchen culture based on respect, discipline, and clarity

Not a trend-driven or experimental role

Not suitable for chefs who avoid structure or accountability

Not a one-person show

Requirements
