Food and Beverage Manager
About the role:
Nikki Beach Resort Porto Heli seeking a dynamic and passionate F&B Manager to oversee our operations. This role demands a hands-on leader who can balance the operational aspects of running high-end food and beverage services while also being strategic about revenue management and guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service and innovative culinary concepts.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that all food and beverage operations provide exceptional levels of service consistent with the brand
- Develop and implement F&B strategies in line with overall resort objectives and guest satisfaction
- Manage the F&B budget and financial performance, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
- Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding high standards of quality
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect local culture and trends
Requirments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5 star hotel
- Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably within resort environments
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with a focus on training and development
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational processes
- Experience on POS.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
