Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional for its hotel unit in Corfu.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling of cutting tools, kitchen utensils and later cooking methods.
• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and procedures.
• Work closely with Chef and Sous Chef.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
• Be knowledgeable of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Able to perform well in fast-paced environments.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from a culinary arts school.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position.
• Culinary knowledge, including food preparation.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
• Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
