Location: Kea/Santorini/Elounda

Duration: April– October

 

Job Description:

• Knowledge of both traditional and modern cuisine is required.
• Responsibilities include meal preparation, supply management, and ensuring food quality.
• Food supply management: Selection and procurement of high-quality ingredients for the hotel kitchens.
• Cost analysis: Monitoring and analyzing food and beverage expenses with the goal of reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Collaboration with chefs: Working closely with chefs to understand their needs and support menu creativity.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring that suppliers meet all quality and food safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years previous experience in a similar position
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Ability to work under pressure
