Duration: April– October
Job Description:
- Knowledge of both traditional and modern cuisine is required.
- Responsibilities include meal preparation, supply management, and ensuring food quality.
- Food supply management: Selection and procurement of high-quality ingredients for the hotel kitchens.
- Cost analysis: Monitoring and analyzing food and beverage expenses with the goal of reducing costs without compromising quality.
- Collaboration with chefs: Working closely with chefs to understand their needs and support menu creativity.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring that suppliers meet all quality and food safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar position
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Ability to work under pressure
