Noema is searching for an energetic Assistant Waiter - Runner who will have the responsibility to assist the Waiter/Waitress in providing guests with courteous and professional service, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere and enhancing the overall dining experience by meeting the expectations of guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality of food and beverages to guests
• Always follow Noema’s service standards and procedures on how to serve drinks, beverages and food
• Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat
• Maintain a professional appearance to meet Noema’s standards
• Follow directions from the Waiter/Waitress in order to ensure high-quality service
• Maintain the workstation clean and organized
• Thorough inspection of products concerning quality and taking corrective steps when needed to avoid customer dissatisfaction
• Checking identification to ensure guests meet alcohol legal age requirements
• Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
• Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with Noema’s Policies

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Assistant Waiter - Runner for minimum 2 years in High-End Restaurants, 5* Hotels
• Fluency in English
• Additional languages will be considered a plus
• Comfortable with using Technology
