Mar-Bella Collection is currently seeking for a passionate and dedicated Training & Development Executive to join our HR department the current period.
Training & Development Executive responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Ultimately, the role of the Training & Development Executive is to oversee all professional development at our company.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads
- Coordinate and support training programs, workshops, and onboarding activities
- Deliver basic classroom and on-the-job training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain training records and prepare basic reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and mandatory training requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in Training & Development or HR (hospitality experience is an asset)
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LMS platforms is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Attention to detail and structured working style
- Motivation to learn and grow professionally
