Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.

• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Performing other related front desk agent duties as required by the hotel.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Friendly and have a polite personality.

• Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs.

• With excellent communication skills.

• Detail oriented.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.

• Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated.

• Previous hotel experience in similar position.

• Flexibility in working night shifts.

• Computer Literacy - Knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio.
