Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual for our hotels Mykonos Theoxenia, member of Design Hotels & Once in Mykonos-Adults only, based in Mykonos:

                     RESERVATIONS AND YIELDING MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, by effectively managing all reservation inquiries, special requests, and communications across phone, email and online channels, ensuring all booking processes are accurate, efficient and aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue and the GMs to monitor and optimize all reservation systems (PMS and other platforms).
• implementing pricing, inventory and distribution strategies that maximize occupancy, yield and overall revenue performance.
• Generate reservation-related reports and assist with daily pick-up and forecast reports.
• Monitor and manage OTA extranets and Channel Manager systems. 
• Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration by ensuring the Reservations team’s processes and priorities are aligned with the needs of Revenue, Sales, Operations, Accounting and Front Office teams, supporting a unified company strategy.

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, within a luxury hotel environment.
• In-depth knowledge of reservation systems, revenue management principles and distribution channels.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and act upon data.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel e-commerce and reservations.
• Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, WebHotelier, PMS system etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
