Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an individual for Reservations Agent in Corfu:

                                          Reservations Agent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting potential guests with planning and making reservations.
• Ensures the accuracy of all booking information entered in the PMS, that the guests’ history records are accurately maintained.
• Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies.
• Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment.
• Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the guests.
• Ensures that all incoming and outgoing room reservation requests are attended to and handled as per the Resort’s standards and procedures.
• Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Managing all guests’ emails and calls.
• Provide professional services.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
• 2 years’ minimum experience as a Reservations Agent in a hotel with similar high standards.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.
• Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
