ELIVI Skiathos, in preparation for the 2026 season, is seeking a Sous Chef to join and strengthen its kitchen team at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants.

Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3–5 years in a professional kitchen in a similar position (Sous Chef, CDP)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek, Mediterranean, and International cuisine.
  • Strong team spirit, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured and demanding kitchen environment.
  • Culinary arts degree (preferred).
