Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Provide personalized service throughout the entire stay
  • Handle complaints with a positive attitude and provide immediate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Promote hotel services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
  • Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services 

Required Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in a similar position within an upscale hotel
  • Excellent command of English, additional languages are a strong asset
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
  • Knowledge of PMS and office applications
