Key Responsibilities

- Promote hotel services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position within an upscale hotel
- Excellent command of English, additional languages are a strong asset
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
- Knowledge of PMS and office applications
