MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER - AIROTEL 

Responsible for creating brand awareness and building a positive and consistent brand image for the company and its hotels through all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Always demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image.
  • Always following the company’s internal policies as well as behavioral, grooming and personal hygiene Standards.
  • Monitoring the attire and behavior of the department's staff as well as their compliance with all internal policies.
  • Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are constantly followed and in the right way by all team members, aiming to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Creating the yearly marketing budget and action plan of the company.
  • Creating content for company’s social media.
  • In coordination with the contracted Digital Marketing Agency, developing targeted social media campaigns and Google ads that will increase company’s visibility, brand awareness and conversion rate.
  • Assisting in the process of updating and SEO optimization of company’s website content.
  • Monitoring contracted Digital Marketing and Advertising companies, to keep them aligned with company’s marketing strategy.
  • Finding and handling PR agencies and requests that match company’s brand identity and increase visibility.
  • Creating targeted newsletters and press related content.

  • Planning, organizing and overseeing company’s new photography projects for all hotels.
  • Incoordination with the Digital Sales Manager, ensuring that all third-party sites (OTAs, TOs and TAs) have the most updated content.
  • Re-designing e-brochures, fact sheets and hotel collaterals where needed.
  • Liaising with all hotel F&B departments to coordinate all hotel promotions and designing relevant collateral to boost them
  • Liaising with Hotel Managers and Front Office Teams to develop communication material and collaterals for various guest services.
  • Creating, following up and presenting to company’s senior management, all relevant marketing reports, ensuring targets are met or corrective actions are taken accordingly and in a timely manner
  • Creating banners, flyers, presentations, e-brochures and other promotional material
  • Creating Hotels Signages
  • Creating e-brochures for hotels with unique selling points.
  • Being responsible for replying on social media Messenger.
  • Cooperating with the HR Department for internal communication and newsletters to employees as well as Linkedin posts.
  • Participating actively in all departmental and interdepartmental meetings whenever necessary, to support an effective communication flow and enhance collaboration and decision making.
  • Initiating effective meetings with his/her team to ensure alignment with goals and provide guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing and SEO Optimization will be considered as a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant marketing position in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English language (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in Social Media Ads, Google Ads and Analytics
  • Excellent use of MS Office Suite (especially: Word, Excel & Powerpoint), CRM and Hotel PMS (preferably Protel)
  • Very good knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and/or other relevant design applications and software, will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills and attention to detail.
