- Oversee room cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards across all guest and public areas.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and shortages are avoided.
- Effective scheduling and coordination of housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal coverage.
- Training and development of new team members, fostering their skills to maintain high performance standards and service quality.
- Undertaking additional related duties as required to support the overall needs and smooth functioning of the hotel.
- Perform any other related duties, as required by the hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star or luxury hotel.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning practices and standards.
- Proficiency in Greek and English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact courteously with guests when needed.
