Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Role: The Quality Assurance Officer supports the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of the resort’s quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO and HACCP requirements. The role focuses on day-to-day quality checks, reporting, and supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001).
- Perform regular checks and monitoring activities across all departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B, Front Office) according to established procedures.
- Record non-conformities and assist in the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Assist in verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation and records related to QA processes, internal audits, and daily inspections.
- Support in investigating customer complaints by gathering data and preparing reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or a quality-related position (hospitality experience will be considered an asset).
- Excellent command of Greek and English; third language will be an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail, consistency in following procedures, and organizational ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage workload using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multitask position.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
