Key Responsibilities

Manage rooming lists and coordinate all updates with internal departments

Prepare internal memos, group summaries, and operational documents

Create and send proposals to clients

Handle daily email and phone correspondence

Meet with clients and conduct site inspections when required

Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth group handling

Maintain well-organized files, records, and follow-up systems

Qualifications

University degree in Hospitality or a related field

Excellent command of Greek and English

Previous hotel or group-coordination experience
