Maitre D’ Hotel - Mykonos

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Maitre, Captain or Waiter A' in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
  • Basic principles of Service & Bar operations & staff organization planning is required
  • General knowledge of Wine pairing & Food quality is valuable
  • In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is crucial
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
  • Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
  • Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
  • Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage sales
  • Great attention to detail
  • Offering upscaled customer service
  • Leading by example and training on the Job
  • Building strong teams
