---Guest Service Agent – Season 2026

Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como aims to be one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe, representing the true Italian elegance and understated luxury experience for a global clientele. Located on the stunning shores of Lake Como, our resort combines natural beauty, contemporary design, and the legendary service of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our passionate Front Office team for the 2026 season.

Main Responsibilities

· Welcome and register guests upon arrival according to hotel standards.

· Assist and escort guests to their rooms or destinations within the resort.

· Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to all guest inquiries.

· Manage requests via phone and email efficiently and with attention to detail.

· Record and review guest preferences in the PMS system.

· Provide pre-arrival support and ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.

· Collaborate with the Concierge team to offer recommendations for restaurants, activities, and experiences.

· Process guest payments accurately and in line with MOHG Controller’s manual procedures.

· Review invoices and accounts according to company policies.

· Stay informed about hotel procedures, events, and communications.

· Support colleagues across departments and maintain a cooperative attitude.

· Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.

Requirements

Mandatory

· Previous experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or resort.

· Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

· Strong computer and PMS (Opera or similar) skills.

· Exceptional guest service attitude and attention to detail.

· Elegant and polished communication style.

· Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Desirable

· Knowledge of restaurants, bars, events, and attractions in the Lake Como area.

· Understanding of transportation options and airport connections.

· Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism.

· Previous international work experience.
