FIT Reservations Agent

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Revenue and Reservations Manager.
• Assist customers with booking and confirming reservations.
• Send booking confirmations after payment processing.
• Provide support for payment issues or website navigation challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Reservations experience
• Knowledge of WebHotelier & PrimalRES, Room Pay, and OTA extranets
• Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and focused on high-quality results
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English and computer literacy
• Hospitality & Tourism Industry Diploma.
• Self-motivated, adaptive to company ethical standards, and respectful of cultural sensitivities
