Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them upon arrival and departure

• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage handling

• Provide clear and accurate information about the hotel and its services

• Support the Front Office team in daily operations as required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas

Candidate Profile:

• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality

• Good communication skills in English (additional language is a plus)

• Previous experience in a hotel environment will be considered an asset

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Team player with a professional attitude
