Description

SWOT Hospitality, the leading hotel management company, trusted by international investors, developers and top-scale hospitality brands, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Group Operations Manager, in charge of F&B, for the SWOT Headquarters in Kolonaki, Athens, Greece.

 

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the operations of our F&B outlets across all properties, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for innovation in the F&B sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets across the Group’s managed properties.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor F&B strategies aligned with company goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and F&B Managers to enhance service quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Establish and monitor quality standards for service, menu design, and overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and Hotel General Managers to optimize operations.
  • Analyze financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures for F&B departments.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct on-site visits to support and audit property-level operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Represent F&B operations in management meetings and liaise with corporate partners and hotel owners.
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations, providing regular updates on KPIs and operational performance.

Requirements

  • University/College degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive F&B management experience, preferably at group or cluster level.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties.
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in F&B.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, international dining standards, and cost management practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (verbal & written).
