Job Purpose:

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

  • Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  • Arranges portions, garnishes food, and serves food to waiters.
  • Replaces Cook A in his absence and able to work in all jobs in the kitchen, and is familiar with the menu recipes.
  • Follow all tasks and be flexible duties assigned.
  • High level compliance with all the hygiene standards of the company required.
  • Careful and economical use of all the utilities/ facilities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience necessary

  • English and Greek mandatory
