Assistant Operations Manager

The Role

The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in 360° hotel operations, with hands-on experience in pre-opening procedures, team training, and a solid understanding of F&B operations, including restaurant and bar management. You’ll work closely with department heads to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest service, and team coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 4★ hotel/resort as Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant Operations Manager
• Proven knowledge of customer service standards and hospitality procedures
• Experience in pre-opening hotel operations and personnel training
• Understanding of restaurant and bar operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
