Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to à la carte menu specifications and hotel standards
- Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously
- Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours
- Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control
- Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred
- Graduate of a Culinary School
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
