Demi Chef De Partie (À la Carte) - Athenaeum InterContinental Athens

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to à la carte menu specifications and hotel standards
  • Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously
  • Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours
  • Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control
  • Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

 

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred
  • Graduate of a Culinary School
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
