Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Operations Team member located in Athens, Greece. The team member will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promoting the hotel's brand image and reputation. They will also be responsible for overseeing inventory, and establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations and management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A customer-centric approach and focus on guest satisfaction
- A solid understanding of financial management and budgeting in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Strong digital and social campaign development skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Greek
You must have the eligibility to work in Greece.
