As Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests' experiences and the following:
• Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect local and international flavors, while meeting budgetary goals.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure a memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining an inviting atmosphere, prompt service, and personalized attention.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses and inventory as well as implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Coordinate and oversee special events, weddings, and catering services, ensuring flawless execution.

• Culinary and beverage knowledge, with a passion for culinary trends and innovation
• Budgeting and financial management expertise
